As a key member of our travel department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our High-Networth clients, providing personalized travel experiences that exceed their expectations.

About the Role:

  • Advise clients on travel options, including luxury destinations, accommodations, and activities
  • Process customer requests, from offer preparation to billing, for individual trips and other services
  • Make reservations with airlines, hotels, and destination agencies
  • Prepare tailor-made offers and travel documents, create itineraries, and obtain visas and administrative processing
  • Mediate with passion and provide exceptional customer service
  • Active sales of promotions and exclusive events

Requirements:

  • Completed tertiary qualification or equivalent training, ideally in the field of tourism
  • Several years of professional experience in the travel industry, a tour operator, or in a travel agency
  • GDS knowledge (preferably Amadeus) and excellent destination knowledge
  • Good language skills in German and English, in written and spoken; additional language skills a plus
  • Strong passion for travel and the luxury lifestyle, including gastronomy, events, and culture
  • Service-oriented, flexible, and able to work under pressure
  • Positive attitude and alignment with Ten Group values
  • Strong communication skills
  • Value exceptional service and live by this motto
  • Available on a full-time basis
  • Flexibility: Ability to work shifts and weekends
