About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Fleet Coordinator to join our Procurement team at PepsiCo. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing our fleet's procurement process, ensuring optimal cost savings and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans to reduce costs and improve supply chain efficiency.
  • Manage contracts and negotiate with suppliers to ensure compliance with PepsiCo's procurement policies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
  • Provide financial planning and analysis to support business strategies and decision-making.
  • Lead RFP, RFQ, and other procurement projects to ensure successful implementation of strategies and project planning.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Engineering, Administration, Economics, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, operations, or related field.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Project management skills and ability to manage in a matrixed environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
