The Role

As the FP&A Distribution Revenue Manager Domestic, you will support the distribution revenue domain within the Center of Excellence (COE) for the US market, participating in the transformation roadmap setting standards for FP&A processes related to distribution revenue management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Distribution Planning Team and the Regional CFO & Finance team by providing high-quality forecasting, reporting, and ad-hoc business analyses of the distribution revenue P&L part.
  • Manage the financial modeling for VIP affiliates and provide expertise and insights to commercial teams.
  • Manage a team of analysts and ensure deep knowledge and competencies are developed within the team to provide business stakeholders with the required information to make educated decisions.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years' experience in Finance function in FP&A department, including 2+ years in the revenue area.
  • Experience from FP&A COE/shared service will be an advantage.
  • Diversified experience in financial reporting, forecasting, planning, modeling, and strong analytical skills.
  • Self-motivated individual, detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Knowledge of media industry dynamics and key metrics impacting revenue would be an asset.
  • Very good English.
  • Great communication skills and relationship building.
  • Ability to establish professional, trust-based relationships with a variety of finance and non-finance stakeholders.
  • Ability to meet stringent deadlines and work under pressure while showing excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize, and adhere to strict deadlines.
  • Experience leading, coaching, and developing a team.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Strong working knowledge of financial software packages and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Experience in using EPM solutions such as SAP BPC, Oracle EPM, Hyperion, Anaplan, Adaptive.
