About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Associate Director. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing client relationships and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead by example and guide the team to align with our core values of CARING.
  2. Manage distributed teams and client-side teams to ensure seamless collaboration.
  3. Build strong connections with client stakeholders and navigate complex political setups.
  4. Manage risk and dependencies in multivendor/multi-team setups.
  5. Identify new business opportunities and drive account growth.
  6. Coordinate and communicate with project teams to resolve operational problems.
  7. Work closely with project management teams for smooth delivery.
  8. Onboard talent and resources, and act as an operational guide for the team.
  9. Develop short and long-term plans for account growth, and participate in RFPs and new proposals.
  10. Manage project finances, invoices, and growth margins with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  11. Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and tools.
  12. Bonus: Knowledge of retail/commerce is a plus.

Requirements

Must have strong skills in Account Management and Business Development.

Experience in Retail & CPG is a plus.
