We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Services Representative to join our team at Ria Headquarters in El Salvador.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Transaction Review and Correction: Review and correct data of incorrectly processed transactions to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Collaboration with Accounting Department: Work closely with the accounting department to reconcile and balance refunds of cancelled transactions.
  • Customer Communication: Provide information to customers about their transactions and resolve general queries via telephone in English.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school or college diploma required.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office and Internet Explorer.
  • Language Skills: Intermediate level of English, with excellent communication skills (oral and written).
  • Soft Skills: Strong customer orientation, attention to detail, and teamworking approach.
