Main Responsibilities:
- Transaction Review and Correction: Review and correct data of incorrectly processed transactions to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Collaboration with Accounting Department: Work closely with the accounting department to reconcile and balance refunds of cancelled transactions.
- Customer Communication: Provide information to customers about their transactions and resolve general queries via telephone in English.
Requirements:
- Education: High school or college diploma required.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office and Internet Explorer.
- Language Skills: Intermediate level of English, with excellent communication skills (oral and written).
- Soft Skills: Strong customer orientation, attention to detail, and teamworking approach.
