**About the Role**

A Customer Success Account Manager at MetaMap is responsible for developing long-term relationships with customers to promote retention and loyalty. Your primary goal is to work closely with customers to ensure they are satisfied, growing, and getting value from our services.

As the customer's first point of contact and advocate, you will represent their voice internally and be key to product/service improvements. Your duties will include:

  • Nurturing customer relationships through proactive engagements
  • Implementing success programs
  • Upselling and cross-selling to our customer installed base
  • Managing renewals

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Be the primary contact and advocate for a book of business of customers
  • Sustain business growth and profitability by maximizing value
  • Maintain a revenue base by managing account retention and renewal
  • Drive upgrade revenue from new product feature adoption and expanded usage
  • Work as part of the team to improve processes and develop strategies for scale and growth
  • Work closely with product, support, onboarding, sales, and other departments in order to improve customer satisfaction with our solution

**Requirements**

  • Speak Spanish and English fluently
  • Prior experience with sales and/or account management teams
  • A verifiable track record of consistently meeting and exceeding revenue goals
  • Consultative, problem-solving, and issue resolution skills
  • Clear and articulate communication skills and the ability to effectively drive a conversation
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • A high degree of organizational skills
  • Passion for customer service
  • Self-driven and proactive in nature
  • Curiosity in understanding how varied businesses and industries work

**Nice-to-Have**

  • Can communicate effectively in proficient Portuguese
  • Have SaaS business acumen/Experience in SaaS business
