Overview

Mvw is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Executive to join our team in the resort environment. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service and driving tour sales.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires bilingual fluency in English and Spanish. You will work closely with the in-house team to provide personalized services to guests, including welcome calls, reservations, and tour sales. Your primary goal will be to exceed guest expectations and drive business results.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional guest service, including accurate tourist information and value-added services.
  • Represent Mvw at off-site locations and maintain collaborative working relationships with hotel and tourism industry employees.
  • Determine guest eligibility for promotional presentations and attract eligible guests to preview the vacation ownership program.
  • Create curiosity about Mvw and encourage guests to tour with an open mind.
  • Coordinate and book preview tours, attend mandatory meetings and training, and complete special projects as assigned by marketing management.
Requirements
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish.
  • Availability to work flexible schedules.
  • Sales/marketing or tourism career background preferred.
  • Proficiency in computers.
  • Exceptional customer service orientation and positive disposition.
  • Excellent verbal/written skills and work standards.
  • Building business partnerships.
