- Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve operational issues, bottlenecks, and process inefficiencies, using data analysis and process improvement methodologies to drive results.
- Communication: Communicate progress, challenges, and recommendations to senior management, fostering a positive, productive, and engaged team culture.
Qualifications
- Leadership Experience: 5+ years of experience in an operations leadership role, with a proven track record of managing and developing high-performing teams.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field.
