About the Role

Globant is seeking a highly skilled Business Transformation Associate to join our Business Hacking Studio in Mexico. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving digital transformations for our clients, focusing on strategy, innovation, and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business transformation strategies to drive growth and improvement for our clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver innovative solutions that meet client needs.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of client operations and identify areas for improvement.
  • Design and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in business transformation, digital innovation, or supply chain optimization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with supply chain management, particularly in CPG and beverage industries.
  • Strong knowledge of business operations, including supply and demand planning, warehousing, and distribution.
