Operations Support Specialist 4

Job Summary:

The Operations Support Specialist 4 is an entry-level position responsible for providing business operations support services, including but not limited to; record maintenance, data storage and retrieval, account management, imaging, and opening of accounts in coordination with the Operations Team. Additionally, the Operations Support Specialist 4 serves as a liaison between operations staff, business managers, project managers, stakeholders, and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow established procedures to complete complex assignments and resolve problems that require in-depth investigation or research
  • Conduct business analysis and research as well as workflow management
  • Support a wide range of business products and services
  • Communicate critical information to senior managers and support activities that help mitigate business loss or impact, as needed

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in a business office or operational environment
  • Proficient computer and math skills with a focus on complex databases and spreadsheets
  • Demonstrates technical and administrative expertise
  • Consistently demonstrates attention to detail
  • Demonstrated knowledge of business activities, policies, and procedures of a basic work area

Education and Certifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Intermediate Excel skills

Additional Requirements:

  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
