Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic workforce planning initiatives to ensure the right talent is in place to meet current and future demands.

Main Accountabilities:

• Develop and implement succession planning programs to identify high-potential employees for leadership positions.

• Design and enable training programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.

• Collaborate with HR and departments to ensure an integrated approach to HR planning and development.

• Develop new initiatives that connect high performers with career growth paths within Cemex.

• Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures, and address employee concerns to maintain a positive work environment.

Requirements:

• Advanced English proficiency.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Experience in planning and development, with expertise in HR, Communication, and analytical skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to use data to inform decision-making.
