Administrative Support Specialist

We're seeking a highly skilled and proactive Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at True Haven. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing top-notch administrative support to our team, working with minimal supervision on a variety of projects and producing consistent, high-quality work.
The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience as an administrative assistant, personal assistant, office assistant, or executive assistant, and be productive in a home office/virtual office environment with a reliable internet connection and proficiency with remote or cloud-based tools such as instant messaging, Skype, Zoom, and Google Suite.
Excellent time-management, organization skills, customer service, and communication skills, both written and verbal, are critical for this role. If you're a detail-oriented and fluent English speaker with a strong work ethic, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to our team, including scheduling, email management, and data entry
- Work on a variety of projects, including document preparation, research, and data analysis
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients and colleagues
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
