About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Team Leader to join our team at Maersk. As a key member of our Global Service Center, you will play a vital part in managing the customer success partner team and supporting the area sales team in managing and growing assigned accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the Customer Success Partner team to ensure seamless execution of account management activities and develop customer relationships.
  • Drive engagement and standardization across the team to enhance customer experience and support business growth.
  • Collaborate with One Team Sales to ensure effective support on transactional process execution and drive invoice quality.
  • Monitor and improve customer Net Promoter Score, review customer compliance, and provide insights to client managers.
  • Assign leads for potential new business and drive online uptake to expand our customer base.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive allocation improvements and standardization.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Success or relevant management experience.
  • Proven track record in account management, team management, and commercial knowledge.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
