**Job Summary**

We are seeking a Brand Manager to join our team and contribute to designing and implementing effective marketing strategies to build our brand and increase customer engagement. As a Brand Manager, you will collaborate with various internal teams to conduct market and competitive analyses, design promotional campaigns, and develop profitable positioning and pricing for our brand.

**Key Responsibilities**

  1. Conduct research to identify market trends and target customers' preferences.
  2. Create marketing plans to increase brand awareness and ensure a strong brand presence in online and offline channels.
  3. Align the company around the brand's direction, choices, and tactics.
  4. Research competition and identify growth opportunities.
  5. Design advertising campaigns for new products/services and participate in organizing promotional events to positively present our company.
  6. Coordinate with the Product Marketing Manager to ensure consistency with the product line strategy.
  7. Assist with product launches, post-launch sale review, planning promotion plan, and its alignment.
  8. Monitor product distribution, marketplaces queries, and consumer reactions.
  9. Assist in developing effective media campaigns and choosing appropriate distribution channels.
  10. Review packaging and positioning of products and suggest improvements.
  11. Update the pricing of products to align with the company's long-term objectives.
  12. Assist in SKU creations: b2b and b2c; Kits creations, 2ship updates.
  13. Supporting in ad hoc projects: gift cards, extended warranty, margin file.
  14. Regularly monitor digital trends and results, participating actively in monthly and quarterly metrics analysis and reporting.
  15. Work to understand available data and trends at all three levels of the user journey funnel (acquisition, engagement, and conversion) and take steps to advance progress at all three levels.

**Requirements**

We are looking for a candidate with a degree in Marketing or a similar field and a deep understanding of multiple distribution channels and advertising activities. Previous experience analyzing consumer behavior and organizing promotional events is a plus.
