Mid Market Account Executive

Main Responsibilities
  • Meet and exceed quarterly sales targets by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies and plans.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to ensure Infobip remains a leader in the market.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Main Requirements
  • 3+ years of sales experience in a similar role.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Advanced English language skills.
