About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead our Mid Market sales team. As a key leader, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of seasoned Account Executives in engaging and closing top prospects
  • Develop and execute plans to meet or exceed ACV targets
  • Track progress and success of Account Executives against various KPIs
  • Implement account executive training and coaching programs
  • Cultivate a culture of high-performance and accountability
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to engage high-priority client prospects
  • Ensure use of CRM and operational tools
Requirements
  • 5+ years experience directly managing SaaS sales teams
  • History of exceeding sales targets with Mid-Market and Enterprise-level clients
  • Ability to lead and motivate others to action
  • A people-based mindset with a passion for coaching and developing sales talent
  • Examples of bringing rigor, execution, and accountability to team processes
  • Ability to collaborate with internal cross-functional partners
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM and sales technologies
