About the Role

This is a high-profile position as a Talent Acquisition Partner where you will play a pivotal role in shaping Avantor's hiring strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment plans, collaborating with various departments to determine recruitment needs, and identifying top talent.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to identify recruitment requirements and develop tailored hiring strategies.
  • Source and evaluate top candidates through a combination of online platforms, social media, and professional networks.
  • Design and deliver comprehensive interview processes to assess candidate fit and aptitude.
  • Ensure all recruitment activities are compliant with relevant regulations and corporate policies.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners, and Senior Leaders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or Psychology preferred or equivalent experience required.
  • At least 5 years of experience managing full life cycle recruitment processes in a corporate setting.
  • Proven track record of delivering results in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
