About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our Rosetta Stone Latin America team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing new customers and expanding our presence in Latin America and the Caribbean.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business plans to achieve sales goals and quotas
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking and partnerships
  • Collaborate with our marketing team to design and implement new sales strategies
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity
  • Represent Rosetta Stone at educational technology conferences and events
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of sales experience in the EdTech or software industry
  • Proven track record of success in value selling or solution selling
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Full bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English
  • Ability to travel up to 50% when required
