The RoleWe're seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead and mentor a team of Sales Account Executives Italian Market. Your primary focus will be on advancing the sales efforts for our performance and expenses features, ensuring the growth and success of our newly established team.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and mentor a team of Sales Account Executives Italian Market, guiding them through the sales process and ensuring their success.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment, driving motivation and accountability.
- Take ownership of managing Sales-qualified deals and enhancing the customer experience, particularly in the execution of the sales cycle for our Expenses functionality.
- Identify, engage with, and support prospect clients throughout their decision-making journey, steering them through the entire sales cycle to successful closure.
- Develop innovative account plans and strategies to surpass sales quotas, employing creative and consultative selling techniques.
- Conduct high-level negotiations with C-Suite and VP-Level Executives, driving mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Provide accurate forecasts of activities and revenue achievement to sales leadership, ensuring transparency and accountability.
We're looking for a sales leader with a Hunter + Farmer mentality, demonstrating hunger, persistence, and a strong work ethic. You should have at least 2 years of closing B2B sales within SaaS-based companies or digital transformation environments. Experience leading a team of Account Executives and managing people is a must.
