At ServiceNow, we're on a mission to make the world work for everyone. As an Enterprise Account Executive, you'll play a critical role in driving business growth by developing strategic relationships with C-suite executives and identifying new sales opportunities.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and execute account plans to drive new business sales revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with C-suite executives across multiple product sales
  • Orchestrate account strategies and lead virtual teams to achieve sales targets
  • Be a trusted advisor to customers, understanding their business needs and advising on how ServiceNow can help

**Requirements:**

  • 10+ years of sales experience in software or solutions sales
  • Proven track record of establishing trusted relationships with clients and teams
  • Ability to understand the 'bigger picture' and ServiceNow's plans around IT
  • Experience promoting a customer success focus in a 'win as a team' environment
