About Us:

RateHawk is a fast-growing international travel-tech company that's passionate about travel and technology. We're looking for a Customer Support Specialist (Incident Resolution) to help us keep our clients happy and our operations smooth.

Job Summary:

We're seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Specialist. As a key member of our support team, you'll be responsible for resolving client issues efficiently and effectively, providing expert advice on bookings and our products, and communicating with suppliers, hotels, and clients via email and phone.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Resolve Client Issues: Handle problems sent to you by retail and corporate clients through our CRM system.
  • Provide Expert Advice: Advise clients on bookings and our products.
  • Communicate Effectively: Engage with suppliers, hotels, and clients via email and phone.
  • Work with Systems: Utilize CRM systems and our internal databases efficiently.

Requirements:

  • English Proficiency: Upper Intermediate level (both spoken and written).
  • Soft Skills: Kindness, empathy, stress-resistance, politeness, and responsibility.
  • Quick Learner: Ability to learn quickly and stay results-focused.
  • Tech Requirements: A functioning computer and microphone.
  • Travel Knowledge: Understanding of the travel business and booking systems is an advantage.
