Key Account Manager

As a Key Account Manager at PepsiCo, you will be responsible for connecting client strategy with our company's priorities to achieve sustainable growth in the short, mid, and long term.
Your main objectives will be to:
- Ensure alignment between customers and our company's priorities to design tailored initiatives for customer strategic programs.
- Develop and deliver Joint Business Plan (JBP) Targets established with 5 customers.
- Work together with Commercial, field, and supply teams to ensure strategic alignment and working priorities.
- Lead and align client multifunctional teams.
- Continually seek opportunities to reach and exceed business targets through market understanding, competition, consumer needs, prices, sales, profitability, customer requirements, and strategies.
- Outstanding collaboration with execution teams to ensure strategy deployment at the point of sale and adequate inventory levels to fulfill customer needs.
- Budget Management (P&L - D&A, A&M).
- Ensure Forecasting Accuracy alignment and Fill Rate improvement.
- Advantage survey results.
Qualifications:
- Strong Negotiation Skills.
- Outstanding leadership capabilities.

- Strong Financial capabilities (knowledge of P&L).
- Omnichannel knowledge.
- Fluent in English.
- Previous experience in Commercial Strategy, Sales Execution, or Key Account Management.
