Senior Business Development Manager

Job Overview
This role will focus on driving sales growth, developing customer relationships, and promoting products to achieve long-term success in the automotive industry.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver accurate sales forecasts and strategic plans to meet business objectives.
- Maintain and update key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales tracking systems regularly.
- Develop and optimize regional customer account portfolios to maximize revenue potential.
- Explore opportunities for business diversification and support long-term strategic planning.
- Ensure alignment of regional account strategies with business unit goals.
- Implement sales initiatives to drive long-term growth and promote related products.
- Negotiate contracts and pursue pricing initiatives to benefit customers.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Mechanical Engineering is preferred.
- Prior experience in Regional Account Management within the automotive sector is essential.
- Strong understanding of customer needs and regional pricing policies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are required.
- Fluency in Spanish is desirable.
