Job Title: Account Manager I

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team at Solera. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing technological projects aimed at offering reliable and timely solutions to automotive incidents reported by clients such as insurance companies, workshops, and fleet companies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional service to our customers, identifying new business opportunities and accompanying them in their business strategy through the implementation of new projects, achieving customer loyalty, and ensuring both increased sales and budget achievement.
  • Promote the sale of Solera products with new and existing clients, through meetings, developing concept tests, and demonstrating the benefits of these products to the client in response to their needs and requirements.
  • Implement Solera projects in companies, executing a consultancy work with the client, identifying the best use of our products according to their business needs and ensuring the correct implementation and operation of the project.
  • Develop projects at the market level, coordinating involved teams and managing all phases of the project, from definition to implementation and fine-tuning in production.
  • Provide the client with useful information about their business, generating indicators through the statistical analysis of information processed by Solera platforms with the purpose of supporting the client in their operational strategy and guiding the use of our products.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in sales, customer management, and product portfolio management focused on the insurance, fleet, or automotive sector.
  • Intermediate-advanced command of the English language.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
