About the Role
- This position will support administrative tasks for new employees in Mexico City.
- You will perform various administrative and clerical tasks to support the Human Resources Department, including scanning and filing documents.
- You will initiate background checks and collect paperwork from new employees.
Requirements
- 1-3 years' experience working in a professional office environment with a focus on administrative support.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- A high level of confidentiality to handle sensitive and confidential situations and documentation.
- A strong work ethic and ability to be resourceful in meeting new challenges.
- High organizational skill and attention to detail.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer programs.
- Bilingual in English/Spanish required.
