Customer Success Representative for LATAM E-commerce

About the RoleThis is a dynamic opportunity to work with our e-commerce platform, delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for managing customer relationships, providing technical support, and ensuring seamless order handling processes.
Your primary focus will be on building strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions. You'll collaborate closely with our marketing, payables, and logistics departments to ensure effective communication and timely responses.
Key Responsibilities- Manage our e-commerce platform to provide a unique selling experience for clients
- Lead technical communication with customers, specifying technologies needed and quoting products
- Provide basic technical support, directing customer requests to the correct design engineer
- Deliver order handling support, following up on logistics matters, documents, invoices, and other client-related tasks
- Offer regional sales support from the e-commerce platform through LATAM
To succeed in this role, you'll need at least 2 years of experience in e-commerce, preferably in a similar position. Managing CRM systems such as Sales Force or Dynamics is essential. Industrial field expertise is desirable.
A bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering is required, along with Microsoft Office 365 knowledge and advanced English skills. Portuguese language proficiency is a plus.

We OfferA competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits that include health insurance, retirement plans, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
