The Opportunity

Your Impact

As a Distribution Planning Sr. Coordinator, you will lead a team of planning analysts to ensure accurate replenishment plans, strong service levels, and an efficient product flow across the distribution network. This role is essential to delivering best-in-class customer service and driving continuous improvement within our planning processes.

Responsibilities:

In this role, you will:

• Lead and develop a team of 8–12 Planning Analysts, ensuring consistent execution, performance, and service excellence.
• Optimize staffing, workload distribution, and daily planning activities to enable timely and reliable supply chain planning.
• Coordinate with Field Operations, Manufacturing Support, Product Supply, and Commercial teams to develop executable replenishment plans that improve fill rate and product flow.
• Apply and enhance standard operating procedures to drive efficiency and continuous improvement.
• Engage with business units to identify risks quickly, interpret supply signals, and activate mitigation plans to protect service levels.
• Develop new dashboards, analytics, and planning tools that improve visibility, decision-making, and operational efficiency.
• Identify planning system gaps and opportunities, including replenishment processes and promotional planning.
• Ensure strong communication, coaching, and support to a team that may operate in remote or hybrid environments.

Qualifications:

We are looking for someone who:

• Fluent in English - All stakeholders are native speakers and will need to have business conversations.
• 4–5 years of experience in Operations, Manufacturing, or Supply Chain Planning.
• 1–2 years of experience leading teams of at least 4–5 people.
• Has a strong understanding of planning, replenishment, and product flow in dynamic supply chain environments.
• Has hands-on experience with planning tools and advanced analytics, including planning systems, replenishment tools, dashboards, and reporting platforms.
• Proficient in Microsoft applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and virtual meeting platforms.
