Our client is a U.S.-based facility maintenance and repair services provider serving commercial, industrial, and multi-site clients. The company delivers a full suite of solutions including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, handyman services, general repairs, and project-based maintenance. Role Summary
The Sales Development Representative -Outbound Calls is responsible for driving new business acquisition through outbound calling, lead engagement, and closing service contracts and work orders. The role blends structured outreach, pipeline management, and relationship-building with prospective clients across the United States. This position plays a critical role in expanding the company's client portfolio beyond the current local and regional markets by generating consistent, qualified opportunities and closing profitable work.
Work schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (U.S. business hours).

Your responsibilities:
- Build, manage, and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools.
- Own the end-to-end sales cycle: outreach, qualification, needs assessment, proposal coordination, negotiation, and closing.
- Utilize prospecting platforms such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, or similar tools to build targeted lead lists.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or expand service contracts with existing clients.
- Prepare basic quotes with internal support and align pricing with margin expectations.
- Collaborate with operations to ensure seamless onboarding and communication on newly won clients.
- Represent the company at industry trade shows and client meetings; U.S. travel is required and fully company-funded
- Provide consistent reporting on outreach metrics, pipeline, and closed deals.
- Excellent spoken and written English skills, with near-native fluency.
- Minimum 1 year proven experience in outbound sales, appointment setting, or business development.
- Demonstrated ability to close deals in a service-based or B2B environment
- Strong phone presence and confident communication style.
- Comfortable working with CRMs, outreach tools, and prospecting platforms.
- High degree of self-motivation, discipline, and ownership over results.
- Ability to travel internationally to the United States for events and meetings.
Nice to have:
• Experience selling facility maintenance, construction, field services, or related B2B services.
• Familiarity with U.S. commercial, retail, or industrial property operations.
• Knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and other list-building tools.
• Prior experience working remotely with U.S.-based companies.
- Base salary: USD $1500–$2000 per month
- Commission: 5% of profit on all closed work orders generated by the representative.
- On-target earnings potential: USD $3,000–$4,000+ per month.
- Represent the company at industry trade shows and client meetings; U.S. travel is required and fully company-funded.
