Role Overview

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), your primary mission is to maximize the number of qualified appointments set for our sales team through proactive outbound prospecting. This role requires strong CRM management, the ability to track and organize leads, and an outreach-focused mindset to drive consistent sales opportunities.

Monthly Salary expectations: USD depending on performance. Base Salary + Commissions. 

Success in this role means:

Consistently booking qualified appointments

Strong lead follow-up & relationship building

Multi-channel outreach execution (Phone, Email, LinkedIn & more)

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Outreach

  • Cold outreach via phone, email, LinkedIn, Instagram, SMS, and other prospecting tools
  • Book qualified sales appointments by engaging potential clients and confirming meetings
  • Execute personalized outreach strategies to warm and cold leads for maximum engagement
  • Utilize technology tools (e.g., Salesflow, Apollo) to optimize outreach efforts and track performance
  • Follow up with leads to ensure attendance and engagement in scheduled sales calls

CRM & Lead Management

  • Maintain and update leads in the CRM system for accurate tracking and reporting
  • Organize prospecting data and manage lead statuses for visibility and performance analysis
  • Follow up with potential clients before and after sales calls to move them through the pipeline

Partner & Data Management

  • Conduct database skip tracing and pre-qualification of potential partners and leads
  • Research and identify high-potential contacts that align with our client needs
  • Assist in setting up and optimizing email marketing and automation tools for lead generation

What Were Looking For

Must-Have Skills & Experience

Tech-savvy: Familiarity with sales tools like Salesflow, Apollo, and cold-calling technologies

Cold calling expertise: Experience making high volumes of calls daily to book appointments

Prospecting focus: Loves lead generation and outreach more than direct sales

Strong communication skills: Ability to craft effective outreach messages for LinkedIn, email, SMS, etc.

Organized & structured: Can handle large databases, track interactions, and generate reports

Independent & self-driven: Thrives with minimal supervision while hitting targets consistently

Ambitious & results-oriented: Passion for achieving goals and earning performance bonuses

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)

Experience setting up prospecting tools from scratch, especially for email marketing

Understanding of prospecting limitations & best practices for different channels

Requirements

Must be located in Latin America

Fluent English (spoken & written)

Previous experience in an SDR, BDR, or outbound prospecting role in the US Market

Availability to work U.S. business hours
