About the Role

We're looking for a data-driven, curious, and ambitious Google Advertising Analyst who thrives on optimization. You'll manage large-scale campaigns across Google Search and Performance Max (PMax) with monthly budgets exceeding $200K USD, uncover insights in the data, and help shape the strategy for how CloudKitchens grows globally through paid acquisition.

You'll work side by side with some of the best marketers in the industry — a fast-moving, analytical, and creative team obsessed with results, experimentation, and continuous learning.

What You'll Do

  • Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search & PMax) with large monthly budgets.

  • Conduct keyword research, negative keyword cleanup, and ad copy creation.

  • Analyze search term reports to identify opportunities and improve ROAS and lead quality.

  • Track results from upper-funnel leads through lower-funnel conversions, reporting insights to marketing and leadership.

  • Coordinate with our paid media agency — they handle implementation, while you drive strategy and performance.

  • Collaborate with sales, analytics, and creative teams to ensure alignment and consistency.

  • Continuously test new strategies and ad variations to identify scalable opportunities.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience: 3–5 years in performance marketing, with 1–3 years directly managing Google Ads (Search and/or PMax).

  • Background: B2B experience in fast-paced startups or paid marketing agencies is highly valued.

  • Preferred industries: restaurant, hospitality, or real estate.

  • Certifications:
    • Google Ads Search Certification (required)
    • Google Ads Measurement or PMax Certification (nice to have)
    • Google Analytics 4 Certification (bonus)

  • Analytical mindset with advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, conditional functions).

  • Fluent English – most of your collaboration will be with U.S.-based teams.

  • Strong ability to translate data into actionable insights.
