Requisitos
Experiencia en sitio en :
Formateo y carga de imágenes MAC de iOS, Windows y equipos informáticos.
Gestión del acceso remoto a ordenadores mediante Microsoft Teams o Microsoft Quick Assist.
Conocimiento técnico del hardware de ordenadores personales, portátiles y sus periféricos.
Reemplazo de piezas de equipos informáticos, portátiles, de escritorio y periféricos.
Instalación, mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo de portátiles, de escritorio y periféricos.
Conocimiento de equipos de impresión.
Conocimiento de redes físicas e inalámbricas.
Instalación y configuración de los sistemas operativos W10 y W11.
Instalación, configuración y soporte de Microsoft 365.
Configuración de correo electrónico.
Confiabilidad en la creación de copias de seguridad.
Actualización de software y aplicaciones.
Conocimiento del antivirus McAfee/Trellix.

Trabajo en sitio disponibilidad de rolar turnos 24/5 y atender difertentes sucursales Santa Fe, San Angel, Chapultepec
