Bilingual Intake Phone Agent – Customer Support

About the Role
We are looking for bilingual professionals who enjoy speaking with people and providing administrative support. As an Intake Phone Agent, you'll be responsible for handling incoming calls from clients, gathering and documenting essential information, and ensuring each case is accurately processed in our system. This position offers stability, growth, and a supportive team environment.
Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls from clients in English and Spanish with professionalism and empathy.
- Collect and record detailed client information accurately in our systems.
- Support administrative and intake related tasks.
- Follow established workflows and maintain confidentiality at all times.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with clients and team members.
Ideal Candidate
- Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish (spoken and written).
- Empathetic, organized, and detail-oriented.
- Comfortable working in a fast paced or high volume environment.
- Able to follow processes and retain information quickly.
- Familiarity with U.S. based clients or professional standards is a plus.
Experience & Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in bilingual customer service, intake, or call center roles.
- Comfortable multitasking on a computer.
- Experience with CRMs or data entry systems preferred.
- Previous administrative or legal intake experience is a plus.
