Ocean Spray is hiring for a(n) Business Development Manager We're a team of farmers, thinkers, creators, and doers. Three maverick farmers started it all — and we've been making our own way ever since. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding the company's market presence within the Mexican region. Your focus will be on identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and developing strong relationships with key stakeholders. You will produce annual account plans, analyze market trends, and assess customer needs to develop effective sales strategies. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute business development plans and achieve business objectives.

A Day in the Life...

  • Responsible for the development of the branded business in Mexico
  • Ensure the achievement of the sales and profitability objectives of the branded business in Mexico
  • Develops and uses market intelligence to find and develop new market opportunities in branded business
  • Defines and manages portfolio, pricing, and investment strategies for Ocean Spray Branded products.
  • Works with the distributors of branded business to establish positive relationships with their customers and ensure the achievement of their goals
  • Manage trade Marketing Budget for the branded business and evaluate its effectiveness
  • Directly manage club accounts, analyze sales information, negotiate Orders, track product delivery and manage commercial activities to reach sales targets
  • Works with internal team members (Marketing, Logistics, Customer Service) to ensure Branded customer needs are met

Education:

Bachelor's or University Degree (Required)
