Customer Account Manager

Empresa de logística de última milla está buscando un Customer Account Manager (Gerente de Cuenta) para gestionar la relación estratégica con uno de sus clientes corporativos más importantes a nivel nacional. Este rol es clave para impulsar la calidad del servicio, coordinar áreas internas y dar seguimiento ejecutivo a indicadores operativos.
Responsabilidades
- Ser el enlace principal entre el cliente corporativo y la empresa.
- Monitorear indicadores clave (cobertura, tiempos, incidencias, calidad).
- Activar y dar seguimiento a planes de acción ante desviaciones.
- Elaborar reportes ejecutivos para Dirección General y Presidencia.
- Coordinar solicitudes con Operaciones, Comercial, Postventa, Finanzas, TI y RH.
- Liderar iniciativas de mejora continua, estandarización y tecnología.
- Participar en análisis y planeación para aperturas de nuevas tiendas y expansiones operativas.
Requisitos
- Licenciatura en Administración, Ingeniería Industrial, Logística, Negocios o afín.
- 2 a 4 años de experiencia en logística, retail, coordinación operativa o cuentas corporativas.
- Excel intermedio–avanzado.
- Deseable experiencia con Power BI y/o sistemas TMS.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, organización, seguimiento y resolución de problemas.
- Capacidad analítica y alta atención al detalle.
- Disponibilidad para viajar.
Horario
- Lunes a viernes
- 9:00 a 18:00
Compensación y Beneficios
- $25,000 netos mensuales + bono mensual de $5,000 (total estimado: $30,000 netos).

- Gastos de viaje cubiertos.
- Crecimiento potencial hacia Gerencia Nacional de Cuenta.
