The Role (Read This Carefully)
This is not a social media manager role. This is not a "post content and boost ads" role.
This role exists to build and scale a predictable lead-generation and revenue system—for Rabbit and for our clients.
You will own:
- Demand generation
- Paid traffic
- Conversion optimization
- Funnel performance
- Influencer leverage
- Marketing systems & automation
You will be accountable to numbers, not activity.
Core Outcomes You Are Responsible For
Within your first 90–180 days, you will:
- Increase qualified lead volume while lowering CAC
- Improve landing page and funnel conversion rates
- Improve show-up rate and close-rate support metrics
- Build a scalable content → lead → nurture → book → close engine
- Lay the foundation to productize Rabbit's marketing services for clients
Key ResponsibilitiesDemand Generation & Paid Media
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across:
- Meta (FB/IG)
- Google / YouTube
- TikTok (where appropriate)
- Own full-funnel strategy: cold traffic → lead → qualification → booked calls
- Test messaging, creatives, hooks, offers, and audiences weeklyManage budgets with CAC, CPL, and ROAS as primary KPIs
Funnel, Landing Page & Conversion Optimization
- Build, A/B test, and optimize landing pages for:
- Lead magnets
- Strategy sessions
- High-ticket services
- Upsell Offers
- Downsell Offers
- Optimize:
- Headlines
- CTAs
- Forms
- Page flow
- Mobile-first performance
Collaborate with sales to improve lead quality and conversion alignment
Email, SMS & Automation
- Own email + SMS nurture sequences inside GoHighLevel (or similar)
- A/B test:
- Subject lines
- Messaging
- Timing
- CTAs
- Improve open rates, CTRs, and booked-call conversions
- Build automation workflows that reduce manual effort and no-shows
Content & Social (Strategic, Not Vanity)
- Oversee strategic content across:
- YouTube
- TikTok
- Content must support offers and funnels, not "engagement for engagement's sake"
- Manage contractors and creators for editing, posting, and repurposing
- Implement comment management using bots + human moderation
Influencer & Partnership Growth
- Build and manage Rabbit's influencer and referral engine
- Identify creators with aligned audiences (inventors, founders, startups)
- Track ROI per influencer, not follower count
- Systemize outreach, onboarding, and performance tracking
Analytics, KPIs & Reporting
- Build and maintain a live KPI dashboard:
- CPL
- CAC
- Conversion rates
- Booked calls
- Show-up rates
- Revenue attribution
- Make data-driven decisions weekly
- Kill what doesn't perform—fast
Brand & Reputation Management
- Own online reputation strategy (reviews, responses, positioning)
- Protect Rabbit's authority and premium positioning
Client Marketing Services
- Help build and productize a marketing agency offering Rabbit can upsell
- Create repeatable playbooks, SOPs, and templates
- Ensure services are scalable, profitable, and results-driven
Required Experience & QualificationsExperience
- 10+ years in digital marketing, resources, growth marketing, or agency environments
- Proven experience scaling lead generation for high-ticket services
- Experience managing:
- Paid ads
- Funnels
- Email/SMS automation
- Contractors and creatives
- Strong CRO and A/B testing background
Technical & Tool Proficiency
- Design: Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator
- Video: HeyGen (AI), plus familiarity with short-form + long-form formats editing
- Ads: Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok
- Funnels & Automation: GoHighLevel (or equivalent)
- Analytics: Dashboards, attribution, reporting
- Automation: Zapier
- AI Tools: Confident using AI for writing, creatives, research, and workflows
Team Leadership & Scaling (Months
- Recruit, onboard, train, and manage internal marketing team members (full-time, part-time, and contractors)
- Build a clear org chart for marketing as revenue scales (media buyer, CRO, content, email, influencer, analytics)
- Set clear performance expectations, KPIs, and scorecards for each role
- Run weekly team meetings focused on metrics, priorities, and blockers
- Provide direct feedback, coaching, and performance management
- Identify underperformance quickly and take corrective action
- Create a culture of accountability, speed, and continuous improvement
