Customer Ops Specialist • eCommerce Credit Card Fraud Risk Operations

Profesional analítico con experiencia en la detección, investigación y prevención de fraude en transacciones financieras y de comercio electrónico. Especializado en la revisión manual de órdenes, análisis de patrones de riesgo y toma de decisiones basadas en políticas antifraude y métricas de desempeño.
Cuenta con sólidos conocimientos en herramientas antifraude, evaluación de alertas, manejo de chargebacks y colaboración con equipos de operaciones, pagos y tecnología para mitigar riesgos y mejorar la experiencia del cliente.
Functions/Responsibilities:
- Revisar y analizar transacciones sospechosas para identificar posibles fraudes
- Evaluar señales de riesgo (device, IP, comportamiento, historial del cliente, pagos)
- Tomar decisiones de approve / decline / escalate según políticas internas
- Documentar hallazgos y mantener registros claros y auditables
- Detectar patrones de fraude y proponer mejoras en reglas y umbrales
- Colaborar con equipos internos y proveedores antifraude
- Cumplir con SLAs y estándares de calidad
El Fraud Reviewer es responsable de analizar y evaluar transacciones sospechosas para prevenir pérdidas por fraude, garantizando al mismo tiempo una experiencia positiva para el cliente. El rol requiere atención al detalle, análisis de riesgo y toma de decisiones basada en políticas antifraude.
Análisis de riesgo y detección de fraude
- Conocimiento de métodos de pago (tarjeta, ACH, wallets, BNPL)
- Manejo de herramientas antifraude (Signifyd, Riskified, Sift, Stripe Radar, etc.)
- Revisión de alertas y órdenes manuales
- Análisis de chargebacks y disputas
- Manejo de Excel / Google Sheets
- Interpretación de métricas antifraude
- Pensamiento crítico
- Identificación de patrones y tendencias
- Toma de decisiones basada en datos
- Comunicación clara y escrita
- Capacidad para trabajar bajo presión
