About the Role
Lead and expand CRiskCo's commercial operations in Mexico by driving sales strategy, managing a high-performance sales team, and closing major partnerships with financial institutions, fintechs, and leasing companies.
The ideal candidate is a senior sales leader with a strong track record in B2B financial technology, capable of balancing hands-on deal closing with strategic team leadership. This is a key role that will directly impact CRiskCo's market growth and revenue in Mexico and LATAM.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage the sales team: Oversee all sales representatives in
Mexico, ensuring consistent execution of the commercial strategy and achievement of team quotas.
• Set and monitor sales targets, KPIs, and individual performance metrics, fostering accountability and excellence across the sales organization.
• Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with CRiskCo's growth objectives, focusing on enterprise and high-value clients in the financial, leasing, and fintech sectors.
• Coach, train, and mentor sales reps to strengthen negotiation, prospecting, and closing skills.
• Personally lead key negotiations with major financial institutions and strategic partners, acting as the senior closer for complex or large-scale deals.
• Identify and build relationships with C-level executives (CEOs, CFOs, Risk Directors, Commercial Directors) within target accounts.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, customer success, and product teams to ensure seamless onboarding and long-term client satisfaction.
• Represent CRiskCo at major industry events, conferences, and commercial forums to strengthen brand presence and develop business opportunities.
• Report directly to the CEO and participate in strategic commercial planning and forecasting.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Industrial
Engineering, or related fields.
• Experience: Minimum 7–10 years of B2B sales experience, including 3+
years in a leadership role managing sales teams within financial services, fintech, or SaaS companies.
• Proven track record of achieving and surpassing commercial targets and closing large enterprise deals.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and motivational skills, with a hands-on and results-driven mindset.
• Deep understanding of financial products such as leasing, credit, factoring, and risk analysis solutions.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities, capable of influencing C-level stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills to manage multiple deals and team pipelines.
- High energy, strategic vision, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Preferred: Existing network within the Mexican financial ecosystem (banks, SOFOMs, fintechs, leasing companies).
