Funciones:
1. Estudiar y prospectar potenciales clientes para TIBA. Esta prospección debe estar en línea con las capacidades, objetivos y directrices de la compañía.
2. Concertar reuniones con los clientes, identificar necesidades y presentar planes de servicio en conjunto con el área OPS y PRO
3. Cierre de negocios y seguimiento post venta.
4. Disponibilidad para viajar por el interior de la zona
Requisitos:
1. Experiencia previa mínima de 5 años en FFWW. Al menos 2 años en el departamento operaciones, uno o 3 años en comercial.
2. Conocimiento profundo de los servicios de transporte aéreo, marítimo y terrestre, tanto lo aduanal, así como de las normativas locales correspondientes.
3. Demostradas habilidades en negociación y comunicación, tanto oral como escrita.
4. Orientación al cliente y habilidades para gestionar, relaciones de manera efectiva con foco al largo plazo.
5. Capacidad para trabajar de forma autónoma y alta capacidad de organización.
6. Dominio de inglés intermedio
