El
Business Development Representative (BDR)
es responsable de generar el relacionamiento comercial con la Marca/Fabricante (NETAPP) y los usuarios finales, para garantizar el alcance de los resultados comerciales y las metas financieras establecidas entre el fabricante y TD SYNNEX.

Su labor impulsa la construcción y desarrollo de relaciones comerciales sólidas y de largo plazo con los clientes de forma rutinaria, al tiempo que identificarás y cerrarás nuevos negocios, contribuyendo al posicionamiento de la marca en el mercado objetivo.

Promueve las iniciativas de la marca, apoya en las actividades de capacitación de los clientes/partners y gestiona los programas de inducción a la marca.

Responsabilidades

  • Relacionamiento con el fabricante NetApp, para el entendimiento de su estrategia comercial y conocimiento de productos y servicios.
  • Realizar llamadas en frío con clientes potenciales, realizar la presentación de la oferta del fabricante y comenzar el desarrollo de la cuenta.
  • Realizar un seguimiento y gestionar el pipeline de la Marca, lo que incluye identificar y calificar clientes potenciales, y hacer avanzar las oportunidades a lo largo del ciclo de ventas.
  • Desarrollar la relación comercial con los clientes, garantizando su satisfacción y atendiendo, como principal punto de contacto de la marca, cualquier necesidad o problema.
  • Desarrollar un conocimiento profundo de los productos, programas y tendencias del sector tecnológico de la marca NetApp.
  • Apoyar en la generación de la estrategia de ventas, planes de habilitación de canales y desarrollo de la marca NetApp.
  • Posicionamiento y acompañamiento al equipo interno y a nuestros canales con el fin de desarrollar nuevas oportunidades de negocio.
  • Impulsar las iniciativas de la marca y apoyar las actividades de capacitación de los partners.
  • Colaborará estrechamente con el área de Marketing para impulsar la demanda y maximizar las oportunidades comerciales, actuando como el experto en las tecnologías y programas del fabricante.

Skills y Conocimientos

  • Licenciatura en Relaciones Comerciales, Administración, Negocios;
  • o Ingenieria de Sistemas, Telecomunicaciones, Electrónica o afines, con interés en desarrollarse en el área comercial.
  • 1 a 3 años de experiencia en roles de Telemarketing, BDR, Inside Sales, Soporte a Ventas o Preventa Jr (PREFERIBLE)
  • Habilidades comerciales en desarrollo: Capacidad para realizar llamadas en frío, facilidad de palabra y relacionamiento con clientes.
  • Competencias: Orientación a los resultados - Comunicación interpersonal, Proactividad y Negociación.
  • Capacidad para dar seguimiento a las oportunidades y leads de forma ordenada y puntual.
  • Capacidad para atender a tiempo las necesidades o problemas que presente el cliente o el fabricante NetApp.
  • Conocimientos técnicos deseados: en soluciones dealmacenamiento de datos (Storage), Data Center, gestión de datos o multicloud.
  • Conocimiento de marcas preferible: NetApp, Nutanix, Hitachi, PureStorage, IBM, DELL EMC, o similares.
