Gerente de Operaciones Retail
que lidere, optimice y garantice la excelencia operativa de nuestras tiendas a nivel nacional. La persona ideal será responsable de asegurar el cumplimiento de procesos, impulsar la rentabilidad, mejorar la experiencia del cliente y coordinar equipos en campo para mantener estándares operativos de alto nivel.

Requisitos

  • Lic. en Administración, Negocios, Mercadotecnia o afín.
  • 5+ años de experiencia en operaciones retail
    , preferentemente en moda, calzado o consumo.
  • Experiencia demostrada liderando equipos multicentro (multi-tiendas).
  • Conocimiento sólido en análisis de KPIs, gestión operativa y procesos de retail.
  • Habilidad para gestionar equipos, tomar decisiones bajo presión y resolver problemas complejos.
  • Disponibilidad para viajar a tiendas.

Responsabilidades

  • Supervisar la operación diaria de las tiendas, asegurando el cumplimiento de procesos, políticas y estándares de marca.
  • Analizar indicadores (ventas, productividad, merma, KPIs operativos) y generar estrategias para mejorar resultados.
  • Liderar, capacitar y acompañar a gerentes y equipos de tienda para impulsar su desempeño.
  • Garantizar una ejecución perfecta en piso de venta: visual merchandising, inventarios, atención al cliente y operación general.
  • Coordinar la implementación de nuevos procesos operativos, proyectos y lineamientos corporativos.
  • Optimizar recursos, controlar gastos operativos y asegurar el correcto uso de presupuestos.

  • Comunicación efectiva con equipos en campo y corporativo.
  • Organización, disciplina operativa y atención al detalle.
  • Experiencia en aperturas de tiendas o expansión.
  • Conocimiento en control de inventarios y prevención de pérdidas.
  • Manejo avanzado de Excel o herramientas de análisis.
