We're not looking for a social media manager.

We're looking for someone who knows how to turn ideas into campaigns
, and content into 
signal
.

Teva is a premium wellness brand in Polanco. Our audience is discerning, busy, and allergic to hype. We don't win by shouting or spending heavily — we win by 
taste, consistency, and clarity
.

This role is for someone who can take ideas from the founders, structure them into 
full campaigns
, bring them to life creatively 
alongside our in-house photographer
, and amplify them intelligently using paid social — without burning budget.

What you'll be responsible for

  • Taking high-level ideas from the founders and turning them into 
    clear, structured campaigns
     (not just individual posts).
  • Planning content in advance and owning a 
    content calendar
     with purpose.
  • Working closely with our 
    in-house photographer
     to define concepts, shot lists, formats, and creative direction.
  • Editing content yourself
     (especially short-form video and posts) to ensure a polished, premium aesthetic.
  • Being responsible for a 
    social media budget
    , deciding what deserves amplification and what doesn't.
  • Using paid social as a tool to 
    support positioning and visibility
    , not to mask weak content.
  • Reviewing performance and making thoughtful adjustments based on what's working.

What we're looking for

  • Experience being 
    responsible for a social media or content amplification budget
    .
  • Proven ability to take an idea and turn it into a 
    full campaign
    , end to end.
  • Strong creative judgment and visual taste — you know when something feels right (or cheap).
  • Hands-on ability to 
    edit video and content
     to a high standard.
  • Comfortable working closely with founders and translating vision into execution.
  • Organized, thoughtful, and able to plan ahead rather than react.
  • Bilingual Spanish and English
     (written and spoken).

Nice to have

  • Experience working with 
    premium or luxury brands
    .
  • Familiarity with audiences who value quality, discretion, and experience over hype.
  • Understanding of when 
    not
     to post.
