Supports sustainable growth and performance for mature and non-promoted portfolios by providing analytical insights, executing commercial initiatives, and collaborating across functions to unlock long-term value.

Key Responsibilities

Portfolio & Strategic Support

  • Analyze commercial performance data for non-Pfizer promoted products to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for revenue and lifecycle optimization.
  • Assist in identifying cost optimization, expansion, and innovation opportunities through data-driven analysis.
  • Prepare reports and presentations with strategic insights for management review.

Omnichannel & Customer Experience

  • Support the execution of digital and omnichannel marketing strategies to enhance customer engagement.
  • Collect, analyze, and report on customer segmentation and marketing mix effectiveness using analytics and real-time data.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Coordinate with global, regional, and country teams (Finance, Legal, Medical, Regulatory, Commercial) to gather data and ensure alignment on key initiatives.
  • Document and share best practices and portfolio learnings.

Financial & Risk Analysis

  • Build and maintain financial models, conduct ROI analysis, and support due diligence activities.
  • Monitor compliance with regulations and internal policies.
  • Track marketing spend and assist in risk identification and mitigation.

Brand & Market Analysis

  • Analyze brand performance and resource allocation to support optimization efforts.
  • Gather and synthesize customer insights, segmentation data, and engagement metrics.

Qualifications
Education

  • Bachelor's in Business, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related field.

Experience

  • 1–3 years in commercial, analytical, or support roles (pharma experience preferred).

Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools.
  • Basic understanding of pharmaceutical markets and omnichannel marketing.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
