Our first product is a platform that streamlines Doctor-Patient communication via WhatsApp. Leona is designed to act as a doctor's AI clinical assistant, automating and delegating non-urgent tasks, while allowing patients the convenience of reaching their doctors 24/7 via WhatsApp.

El Rol

Como Growth and Customer Success Associate, tendrás un rol clave en crecer la base de médicos de Leona y asegurar que los doctores se conviertan en usuarios activos. Tus responsabilidades incluirán la búsqueda, calificación y activación de nuevos profesionales de salud, así como el acompañamiento para que aprovechen al máximo la plataforma.

Trabajarás de cerca con el equipo ejecutivo, equipo de producto y operaciones para optimizar procesos de alcance y activación, construir relaciones sólidas con doctores y mejorar la experiencia desde el primer día. Este es un rol híbrido entre ventas y customer success, ideal para alguien a quien le motivan las relaciones humanas, la ejecución rápida y la generación de confianza.

Responsabilidades Principales
  • Gestionar el contacto inicial con prospectos y calificar leads, asegurando un flujo constante de médicos con alto potencial

  • Ejecutar y mejorar la estrategia para aumentar la conversión de leads

  • Colaborar con distintos equipos para dar seguimiento a leads generados por ads, referidos y alianzas

  • Guiar a los médicos durante todo su proceso de onboarding, desde el registro hasta la activación completa de su cuenta en Leona

  • Impartir sesiones de onboarding personalizadas, asegurando que comprendan las funcionalidades clave y estén listos para usar la plataforma con éxito

  • Dar seguimiento a métricas de adopción y uso para detectar fricciones y apoyar a los usuarios en superar barreras

  • Ser el punto de contacto principal para un portafolio de nuevos usuarios durante sus primeras semanas en la plataforma

  • Construir y perfeccionar procesos y automatizaciones que permitan escalar eficientemente

Requisitos
  • Licenciatura terminada

  • 2+ años de experiencia en ventas, gestión de cuentas o roles de contacto con clientes (experiencia en startups, healthtech, SaaS o sector salud es un plus)

  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación

  • Comodidad ante la ambigüedad y el cambio — te motiva trabajar en un entorno dinámico

  • Atención al detalle y habilidad para manejar múltiples tareas a la vez

  • Español fluido, inglés avanzado preferible
