Senior Manager-Business Development

Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify businesses that could benefit from Credlix's factoring services.
- Conduct outreach to potential clients via phone calls and emails, introducing our services and generating interest.
- Maintain detailed records of client communications and status updates, ensuring effective follow-up.
- Qualify leads based on interest level and purchasing capacity.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and business relations team to transfer qualified leads.
- Contribute to the development and execution of lead generation strategies.
- Stay up to date with Credlix's products and services, effectively communicating value propositions to potential clients.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in lead generation, preferably within the financial services or Fintech sector.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- A proactive, results-driven approach with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and lead tracking.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Proven ability to build trust and establish effective relationships with potential clients.
