Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sr. Manager - Business Development to join our team. The ideal candidate will be an experienced lead generator with a strong background in financial services, responsible for identifying and prospecting potential clients. You will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and promoting our factoring solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Research and identify businesses that could benefit from Credlix's factoring services.
  • Conduct outreach to potential clients via phone calls and emails, introducing our services and generating interest.
  • Maintain detailed records of client communications and status updates, ensuring effective follow-up.
  • Qualify leads based on interest level and purchasing capacity.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales and business relations team to transfer qualified leads.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of lead generation strategies.
  • Stay up to date with Credlix's products and services, effectively communicating value propositions to potential clients.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in lead generation, preferably within the financial services or Fintech sector.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • A proactive, results-driven approach with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and lead tracking.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Proven ability to build trust and establish effective relationships with potential clients.
