AAA Crain's Auto Salvage is seeking motivated, customer-focused Bilingual Sales Representatives to join our growing remote team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy helping customers, can navigate multiple software platforms confidently, and thrive in a fast-paced work environment.

In this role, you will only handle inbound calls—no cold calling. You will assist customers in finding the used auto parts they need and respond to online inquiries through platforms such as Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp, and our internal CRM tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming customer calls
  • Provide accurate information about part availability, pricing, and product details.
  • Process confirmed parts by adding them to the order list.
  • Respond quickly and professionally to online inquiries via Facebook, WhatsApp, and CRM systems (e.g., Podium).
  • Maintain friendly, clear, and professional communication at all times.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
  • Reliable computer capable of running multiple programs and browser tabs.
  • Stable, high-speed internet connection.
  • Quiet work environment appropriate for phone communication.
  • Desktop setup with dual monitors preferred (not required).
  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
  • Charismatic, customer-friendly attitude.
  • Comfortable working with remote monitoring software.
  • Knowledge of auto parts is a plus, but not required.

Schedule

  • Monday–Saturday
  • Sundays off + one additional weekday off
  • Typical shifts: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM CST or 8:30 AM–5:30 PM CST
  • Includes a 1-hour lunch break

Compensation

  • $20,000 MXN per month
  • Paid biweekly (₱10,000 MXN every other Friday)

Bonus Structure

  • Weekly sales goal: $6,000 USD
  • Earn $500 MXN bonus for every $1,000 USD in sales above the goal
  • Bonus potential: The monthly base salary is $20,000 MXN, with the potential to earn up to $28,000 MXN depending on performance and bonuses.

  • 4 weeks after 7 years

  • Payments via direct deposit ONLY
