Job Summary
We are looking for a
Business Development Representative (BDR)
to join our team and drive our expansion across
Mexico and North Latam
. Working closely with the sales team to engage key decision-makers at targeted accounts.

with a proven track record in outbound prospecting and enterprise sales, this is the opportunity for you.
Your mission?
The objective of this role is to proactively create qualified leads and build a strong pipeline for our sales team to convert. This person will play a key part in helping us enter and expand within new sectors by identifying high-value prospects, generating new opportunities, and accelerating our go-to-market motion.
What are the responsibilities for this role?
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research and direct contact with prospects.
- Manage and nurture a portfolio of qualified leads, ensuring a steady flow of opportunities for the sales team.
- Make cold calls and send personalized emails to capture the attention of potential clients.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing team to develop effective prospecting strategies.
- Continuously follow up on interactions with prospects, keeping records updated in the CRM.
- Actively participate in team meetings, sharing insights and proposing improvements in processes.
- Maintain a proactive attitude to exceed sales targets and contribute to the company's growth.
Job Requirements?
- Ability to work independently and take the initiative in identifying opportunities.
- High learning capacity and curiosity to understand customer and market needs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and persuade at different levels.
- Strong work ethic, focusing on integrity and responsibility.
- Familiarity with CRM and lead management tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).

Metrics to measure
- Generate 45 opportunities a quarter
- Maintain a minimum 20% opportunity creation-to-meeting set conversion rate
- Achieve 80%+ adherence to daily/weekly outreach activity targets (calls, emails, LinkedIn touches)
- Respond to all inbound leads within 2 hours during business days
- Maintain 100% CRM data hygiene for all assigned inbound contacts and accounts
