About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and tech-savvy Inside Sales Representative to join our rapidly growing team. This is a junior-level, high-impact role focused on business development and establishing referral partnerships with doctors' offices. The ideal candidate is a confident, charismatic salesperson with excellent communication skills and a strong foundational understanding of modern sales technology, especially AI.

Role Responsibilities:

High-Volume Outreach: Execute daily, high-volume outreach (approximately 50–70 contacts per day) using a multi-channel approach: telephonic calls, email, and fax/brochure distribution.Partnership Development: Proactively identify, contact, and secure referral partnerships with medical offices and clinics.Relationship Management: Develop and nurture long-distance relationships to ensure a steady stream of patient referrals.CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and progress in Pipedrive CRM.Tech Stack Utilization: Utilize AI tools and other modern tech stacks effectively to enhance outreach, personalize communications, and improve efficiency.Marketing Integration: Leverage digital outreach channels, including LinkedIn and social media, in conjunction with traditional methods.  

Requirements:

Experience: 1–2 years of proven success in a pure Sales or Business Development role, preferably in an Inside Sales capacity.Communication: Exceptional verbal communication skills with the confidence and charisma required for effective telephonic outreach.Technology Proficiency:
Mandatory: Demonstrable, hands-on experience and proficiency with Pipedrive CRM.Mandatory: Strong understanding and practical application of AI tools (e.g., Claude, advanced prompting) for sales efficiency and data work, going beyond basic chat functionalities.Location/Schedule: Must be available to work 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST (Pacific Standard Time) and be located within a compatible time zone (e.g., Latin America, US time zones).Work Ethic: Results-oriented, self-starter capable of managing a high volume of daily contacts and pushing deals across the line.
