We are hiring for an Inside Sales Representative to collaborate directly with our Regional Manager in Mexico City, supporting Mexico, South America, Caribbean, Puerto Rico and the Bahamas. Candidate must be based in the Mexico-City area.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Using Salesforce, maintain accurate records of all communications, quotes and client interactions.

·       Create detailed and accurate sales quote detailing selected products, quantities, and pricing, presenting timely and professionally, with appropriately timed client follow-up.

·       Resolve customer concerns regarding products and services to ensure a positive customer experience

·       Engage with potential and existing clients in person, via phone, email and online platforms to understand their needs and preferences.

·       Collaborate as a team to generate new clients and cultivate sales

·       Collaborate on interiors projects, including client needs, conceptual and schematic design, design development, and management of budgets and schedules. 

·       Strive to achieve and exceed sales goals given by showroom

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
  • Intermediate level knowledge of Microsoft Suite – Word/Excel/Powerpoint
  • Microsoft Outlook – Inbox Management
  • Experience in Salesforce a plus, or other CRM system
  • Minimum of two years of inside sales experience, order processing, payment deposits
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
  • Ability to travel internationally for trade shows and training
