We conduct environmentally licensed manufacturing operations in Sweden, United Kingdom, USA, China, and Mexico. We are currently growing our sales team in Mexico.

About the job
Mexico´s site is looking for a Sales Representative to join their growing sales department. As SR, you will be responsible for:
Assisting customers throughout the buying process. Promoting company's products through excellent customer service. Obtain orders. Establish new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule. Be the link between internal and external costumers finding the best solutions to comply with customers' needs. Analyze and develop actions based on contribution reports. Coordinate and communicate on a high level between different areas of the organization.
Functions / Activities:
· Provide general office backup support as needed.
· Deliver sales support and service to both internal and external customers.
· Maintain active engagement with prospects through creative follow-up communication.
· Foster and create strong partnerships with customers.
· Identify customer and market needs to inform sales strategies.
· Conduct customer visits to strengthen business relationships.
Required qualifications:
· Business or Engineering degree.
· Experience in sales
· Proficiency in both Spanish and English.
· Excellent social skills and a strong team-oriented mindset.
· A service-oriented approach, adaptability, and practical, analytical thinking abilities.
· This is not a door-to-door sales position; a big-picture perspective is valued.
· Self-motivation and a passion for building sustainable partnerships and relationships.
· Clear communication, empathy, and a commitment to integrity are essential.
· Willingness to learn, adaptability, and a positive attitude.
· Some knowledge of manufacturing (desired)
· Experience in the automotive sector is an advantage.
· Computer skills, calculations, and other reports
· Flexibility to adapt to changing needs and environments.
