Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for residential members in multi-family properties.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing complaints, concerns, and requests in a professional and timely manner.
- Ensure rooms are ready for new member move-ins on the scheduled move-in date.
- Monitor and follow up to ensure members make payments on time.
- Welcome and orient new members by providing all necessary information, schedules, and access codes.
- Maintain clear communication with members to ensure maintenance requests are reported and completed within the established timeframe.
- Assist with marketing and promotional activities, including social media management.
- Create, edit, and design flyers, promotional materials, and basic visual content.
- Support advertising, promotions, and content creation for social media platforms.
- Implement creative, self-generated strategies to improve marketing reach and online presence.
Minimum qualifications
-English (oral and written)
-Marketing (social media - indispensable network design and management)
-Computer knowledge
